PRIVACY POLICY OF BUCHET OOO
1.1 This document “Privacy Policy of BUCHET LLC” (hereinafter - the Policy) is developed to fulfill the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” No. ZRU-547 dated 02.07.2019 (hereinafter - the Law) and defines the policy with respect to confidential information of Users of Mobile Applications “Buchet”, “Buchet Business” and website buchet.uz (hereinafter collectively - “BUCHET”) owned by BUCHET LLC (hereinafter - the Company), including, but not limited to, personal information of individuals.
1.2 The Policy applies to all information, including personal data within the meaning of the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan (hereinafter - “Personal Information”), which the Company may receive from the User in the course of the latter's use of any products and/or services of the Company, as well as in the course of execution by the Company of any agreements and contracts concluded with Users in connection with the use of BUCHET. The Company may also receive Personal Information from its partners (hereinafter referred to as “Partners”), from state authorities, as well as from sources with publicly available personal data. In appropriate cases, the transfer of Personal Information is carried out on the basis of special agreements between the Company and each of the Partners or state authorities.
1.3 The terms contained in Article 4 of the Law on Personal Data are used in this Policy with the same meaning.
1.4 This Policy applies to all operations performed by the Company with personal data with or without the use of means of automation.
1.5. The Company's basic rights and obligations with respect to Personal Data:
1.5.1 The Company has the right to:
- to receive from the subject of personal data reliable information and/or documents containing personal data;
- to demand from the subject of personal data timely clarification of the provided personal data.
1.5.2 The Company is obliged to:
- comply with the legislation on personal data;
- provide information regarding the processing of personal data upon the subject's request;
- approve the composition of personal data necessary and sufficient for the fulfillment of their tasks;
- provide proof of obtaining the subject's consent to the processing of his/her personal data in cases provided for by law;
- to notify in writing the subject in case of transferring personal data to a third party; - to take the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures for personal data protection.
