USER AGREEMENT of “Buchet.uz” and “Buchet.business” mobile applications
1.1 This User Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the terms and conditions of use of “Buchet.uz” and “Buchet.business” programs for mobile devices (together referred to as “BUCHET”) and is concluded between any person using BUCHET (“User”) and “BUCHET” LLC (INN 310443210) being the author and holder of the exclusive right to BUCHET (“Rights Holder”).
1.2 By installing BUCHET on its mobile device or using BUCHET in any way, the User expressly and unconditionally agrees to all terms and conditions of the License.
1.3 The use of BUCHET is only permitted under the terms of this Agreement. If the User does not accept the terms of the Agreement in full, the User is not authorized to use BUCHET for any purpose. Use of BUCHET in violation (non-compliance) of any of the terms of the Agreement is prohibited.
1.4 The use of BUCHET by the User under the terms of this Agreement for personal non-commercial purposes is free of charge. The use of BUCHET on conditions and in ways not stipulated by this Agreement is possible only on the basis of a separate agreement with the Rights Holder.
1.4.1 The use of the mobile application “Buchet.business” (mobile application for Sellers in the BUCHET ecosystem) implies the conclusion of a separate agreement with BUCHET LLC for the provision of services for the sale of goods through the BUCHET.uz platform.
1.5 By using BUCHET, the User agrees that the following documents are integral parts of this Agreement, the terms of which fully apply to the use of BUCHET:
“Rules of the electronic platform Buchet.uz for Sellers”, posted on the Internet at: __________;
“Rules of the electronic platform Buchet.uz for Users”, placed in the Internet at: __________;
“Privacy Policy”, placed in the Internet at the address: go to.
The specified documents (including any of their parts) can be changed by the Rightholder unilaterally without any special notice, the new edition of the documents comes into force from the moment of their publication, unless otherwise provided by the new editions of the documents.
1.6 The law of the Republic of Uzbekistan shall apply to this Agreement and all relations related to the use of BUCHET, and any claims or lawsuits arising from this Agreement or the use of BUCHET shall be filed and considered in court at the location of the Rights Holder.

2.1 The exclusive rights to BUCHET belong to the Rights Holder.
3.1 The Licensor grants the User, free of charge, on the terms of a simple (non-exclusive) license, the non-transferable right to use BUCHET on the territory of all countries of the world in the following ways:
3.1.1. Use BUCHET for its direct functional purpose by copying it and installing (reproducing) it on the User's mobile device(s).
3.1.2 Reproduce BUCHET for non-commercial purposes (free of charge).

4.1 Except for use in the amounts and by the methods expressly provided for by this Agreement or the legislation of the RUz, the User has no right to modify, decompile, disassemble, decrypt and perform other actions with the BUCHET object code, aimed at obtaining information about the implementation of algorithms used in BUCHET, create derivative works using M, as well as carry out (allow to carry out) other use of BUCHET, without the written consent of the Rightholder.
4.2 The User has no right to reproduce and distribute BUCHET for commercial purposes (including for a fee), including as part of collections of software products, without the written consent of the Licensor.
4.3 The User has no right to distribute BUCHET in a form different from the one in which it was received without the written consent of the Licensor.
4.4. BUCHET shall be used (including distribution) under the names: “Buchet.uz” and ‘Buchet.business’. The User has no right to change the names of BUCHET, change and/or remove the copyright notice or other indications of the Copyright Holder.
4.2 The User has no right to reproduce and distribute BUCHET for commercial purposes (including for a fee), including as part of collections of software products, without the written consent of the Licensor.
4.3 The User has no right to distribute BUCHET in a form different from the one in which it was received without the written consent of the Licensor.
4.4. BUCHET shall be used (including distribution) under the names: “Buchet.uz” and ‘Buchet.business’. The User has no right to change the names of BUCHET, change and/or remove the copyright notice or other indications of the Copyright Holder.
5.1. Интернет тармоғига улангандагина BUCHETнинг айрим функцияларини бажариш мумкин. Фойдаланувчи ўз алоқа оператори ёки Интернет тармоғига уловчи провайдер шартларида ва тарифлари бўйича бундай фойдаланиш имконини мустақил равишда олади ва унинг ҳақини тўлайди.
5.2. BUCHET фойдаланиш имконини берадиган ахборот (кейинги ўринларда – «Маълумотлар») Фойдаланувчи Дастурнинг функционал имкониятлари доирасида фақат шахсан нотижорат мақсадида фойдаланиши учун мўлжалланган. Фойдаланувчи Маълумотлардан фойдаланганда мазкур Келишувдан ташқари BUCHETдан фойдаланиш қоидалари билан белгиланган барча шартлар ва талабларга ҳам риоя этиши керак. Бунда Ҳуқуқ соҳибининг олдиндан берган ёзма рухсатномасисиз Маълумотларни ҳар қандай тарзда олиш, улардан нусха кўчириш, уларни қайтадан тиклаш, қайта ишлаш, тарқатиш, уларни Интернет тармоғида эркин фойдаланиш учун жойлаштириш (эълон қилиш), Маълумотлардан оммавий ахборот воситаларида ва/ёки тижорат мақсадларида ҳар қандай тарзда фойдаланиш ва Мазкур Келишувда, BUCHET қоидаларида ёки ЎзР қонунчилигида айнан рухсат берилмаган, BUCHETнинг функционал имкониятлари доирасидан чиқувчи маълумотлардан ҳар қандай бошқача тарзда фойдаланиш тақиқланади.
5.3. Фойдаланувчи BUCHET таркибига кирувчи BUCHET жойлашган жойни аниқлаш функциясини ёққанда Фойдаланувчининг жойлашган жойини аниқлаш учун GPS-қурилмадан олинган Фойдаланувчининг аниқ жойлашган жойи ҳақидаги ёки айни пайтда Фойдаланувчининг мобил қурилмасида sim-картасидан фойдаланилаётган алоқа операторининг фаол катаги орқали аниқланган Фойдаланувчининг тахминий жойлашган жойи ҳақидаги шахссизлаштирилган маълумотларни кўрсатилган функция ўчириладиган пайтгача Ҳуқуқ соҳибига узатиши ҳақида мазкур ҳужжат билан хабардор қилинган ва бунга розилик билдиради.
5.4. Фойдаланувчи тегишли функцияни ўчириб, 5.3-бандда кўрсатилган маълумотларни узатишни исталган пайтда рад этиши мумкин.
5.5. Фойдаланувчи BUCHETдан фойдаланиши ҳақидаги шахссизлаштирилган статистик маълумотларни BUCHET тўплаши ва автоматик режимда уларни Ҳуқуқ соҳибига узатиши мумкинлиги ҳақида мазкур ҳужжат билан хабардор қилинган, буни англайди ва бунга розилик билдиради.
5.6. BUCHETни рўйхатдан ўтказиш ва ундан фойдаланиш Фойдаланувчининг мобил телефони рақамидан фойдаланган ҳолда амалга оширилади. Фойдаланувчи BUCHETни Фойдаланувчининг мобил қурилмаси хотирасидан ўчирганда Ҳуқуқ соҳиби BUCHETда авторизациялаш ва BUCHETдан фойдаланиш жараёнида олган Фойдаланувчининг шахсий ахбороти сақланади. BUCHET такроран қурилмага ўрнатилган ва худди ўша мобил телефон рақамидан идентификатор сифатида фойдаланган ҳолда рўйхатдан ўтказилган тақдирда, ушбу мобил телефон рақамидан фойдаланган ҳолда тақдим этилган Фойдаланувчининг шахсий ахбороти тўлиқ ҳажмда тикланади.
5.2. BUCHET фойдаланиш имконини берадиган ахборот (кейинги ўринларда – «Маълумотлар») Фойдаланувчи Дастурнинг функционал имкониятлари доирасида фақат шахсан нотижорат мақсадида фойдаланиши учун мўлжалланган. Фойдаланувчи Маълумотлардан фойдаланганда мазкур Келишувдан ташқари BUCHETдан фойдаланиш қоидалари билан белгиланган барча шартлар ва талабларга ҳам риоя этиши керак. Бунда Ҳуқуқ соҳибининг олдиндан берган ёзма рухсатномасисиз Маълумотларни ҳар қандай тарзда олиш, улардан нусха кўчириш, уларни қайтадан тиклаш, қайта ишлаш, тарқатиш, уларни Интернет тармоғида эркин фойдаланиш учун жойлаштириш (эълон қилиш), Маълумотлардан оммавий ахборот воситаларида ва/ёки тижорат мақсадларида ҳар қандай тарзда фойдаланиш ва Мазкур Келишувда, BUCHET қоидаларида ёки ЎзР қонунчилигида айнан рухсат берилмаган, BUCHETнинг функционал имкониятлари доирасидан чиқувчи маълумотлардан ҳар қандай бошқача тарзда фойдаланиш тақиқланади.
5.3. Фойдаланувчи BUCHET таркибига кирувчи BUCHET жойлашган жойни аниқлаш функциясини ёққанда Фойдаланувчининг жойлашган жойини аниқлаш учун GPS-қурилмадан олинган Фойдаланувчининг аниқ жойлашган жойи ҳақидаги ёки айни пайтда Фойдаланувчининг мобил қурилмасида sim-картасидан фойдаланилаётган алоқа операторининг фаол катаги орқали аниқланган Фойдаланувчининг тахминий жойлашган жойи ҳақидаги шахссизлаштирилган маълумотларни кўрсатилган функция ўчириладиган пайтгача Ҳуқуқ соҳибига узатиши ҳақида мазкур ҳужжат билан хабардор қилинган ва бунга розилик билдиради.
5.4. Фойдаланувчи тегишли функцияни ўчириб, 5.3-бандда кўрсатилган маълумотларни узатишни исталган пайтда рад этиши мумкин.
5.5. Фойдаланувчи BUCHETдан фойдаланиши ҳақидаги шахссизлаштирилган статистик маълумотларни BUCHET тўплаши ва автоматик режимда уларни Ҳуқуқ соҳибига узатиши мумкинлиги ҳақида мазкур ҳужжат билан хабардор қилинган, буни англайди ва бунга розилик билдиради.
5.6. BUCHETни рўйхатдан ўтказиш ва ундан фойдаланиш Фойдаланувчининг мобил телефони рақамидан фойдаланган ҳолда амалга оширилади. Фойдаланувчи BUCHETни Фойдаланувчининг мобил қурилмаси хотирасидан ўчирганда Ҳуқуқ соҳиби BUCHETда авторизациялаш ва BUCHETдан фойдаланиш жараёнида олган Фойдаланувчининг шахсий ахбороти сақланади. BUCHET такроран қурилмага ўрнатилган ва худди ўша мобил телефон рақамидан идентификатор сифатида фойдаланган ҳолда рўйхатдан ўтказилган тақдирда, ушбу мобил телефон рақамидан фойдаланган ҳолда тақдим этилган Фойдаланувчининг шахсий ахбороти тўлиқ ҳажмда тикланади.
7.1 This Agreement shall apply to all future updates/new versions of BUCHET. By agreeing to install an update/new version of BUCHET, the User accepts the terms of this Agreement for the respective updates/new versions of BUCHET, unless the update/installation of a new version of BUCHET is accompanied by a different User Agreement.

8.1 This User Agreement may be changed unilaterally by the Licensor. The said changes in the terms and conditions of the User Agreement come into force from the date of their publication, unless otherwise specified in the respective publication.
